We are currently seeking a Senior Marketing Associate to join the global marketing team. The position will be based in our Toronto office. The individual will be responsible for executing digital marketing initiatives globally, including management of various digital marketing platforms for the firm. The prospective candidate should have an undergraduate degree in marketing, and 5+ years of digital marketing experience preferably in professional or financial services.

The Marketing Associate will work with the Director of Integrated Marketing and other members of the marketing team to manage the firm’s content management system, analytics tools and various digital marketing programs to ensure seamless internal operations.

  • Monitor the firm’s digital properties including 15 international websites and numerous microsites. Help manage the firm’s website using Sitecore content management system.
  • Make ongoing edits to improve clarity, performance and brand reach.
  • Partner with in-house development team to identify, prioritize, test and implement all website design changes.
  • Oversee the re-launch of the firm’s international websites.
  • Support business unit marketers in the creation and maintenance of website content.
  • Optimize the websites organic search by aligning keyword and content strategy with business unit marketers.
  • Provide ongoing website analytics to business unit marketers to help inform digital strategy across the firm.


  • BS in Marketing, Communications or related field.
  • At least five years of experience in digital marketing for professional or financial services firm.
  • Experience managing enterprise content management systems (Sitecore experience preferred), SEO optimization tools, Google Analytics, marketing automation tools and other digital platforms.
  • Excellent written/verbal communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to build relationships and work collaboratively.
  • Ability to excel with little day-to-day oversight and under strict deadlines.
