RESPONSIBILITIES

  • As a member of the global marketing team, work with global talent acquisition to develop employer branding and recruitment marketing strategies
  • Act as a liaison between the external advertising agency and the firm’s talent acquisition team, reviewing and advising on matters related to recruiting and branding
  • Build digital marketing and advertising strategies to generate a targeted pipeline for key talent segments, inclusive of strategy, execution, reporting and optimization
  • Serve as a partner and work cross-functionally with corporate branding, internal communications and talent acquisition
  • Create and develop new opportunities to elevate our employer brand by monitoring competitors and understanding industry best practices
  • Create digital, social, video, events and traditional media initiatives to ensure recruitment marketing materials are relevant and engaging, focusing on results and value
  • Advance the company’s employer brand strategies by establishing external messaging and partnerships
  • Develop messaging, social and brand strategy for targeted talent pools across all business units of the firm
  • Ensure change management and proper rollout of recruitment marketing programming through detailed project management and communications
  • Use data to inform and maximize marketing strategies. 

 

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum 5 years of employment branding and recruitment marketing experience
  • Ability to search for new opportunities to elevate the Duff & Phelps employer brand through competitive analyses, research and industry best practices
  • Proven experience in determining optimal marketing channels to design and execute proactive strategies, plans and campaigns
  • International marketing experience, including knowledge of tools and resources that are unique to regions outside of the U.S.
  • Familiarity with GDPR and OFCCP compliance standards
  • Proven success and strategic experience in building partner relationships
  • Ability to operate on a strategic and on a tactical level
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly and effectively across all levels and services
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills that help represent diverse communities
  • Excellent organizational, project management and problem-solving skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications or a related field
  • Experience working for a marketing agency or within the marketing department of a professional services firm is strongly desired
  • Experience working with diverse teams
