Responsibilities:
As a Vice President you will work in the areas of Bankruptcy, Intellectual Property, Business Insurance Consulting, Commercial & Shareholder Disputes, Fraud, Forensic & Investigative Services, M&A Purchase Price Disputes and Arbitration, Tax Litigation and Analytical Technology. Identifying and analyzing complex tax structured transactions
- Analyzing and interpreting U.S. federal income tax statutes, regulations and related authority
- Reviewing supporting transactional documentation
- Drafting expert reports
- Preparation of deposition materials/ trial materials to support expert opinions and testimony
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of Corporate Tax compliance and consulting experience
- Experience working in a Big 4 Accounting firm
- Strong knowledge of Corporate, Partnerships and Trusts
- Proven superior analytical and problem solving skills
- Demonstrated interpersonal and client relationship skills
- Flexibility to travel, as needed
- Proven track record relevant to previous work experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
