Vice Presidents work on a variety of assignments, including business enterprise valuations, purchase price allocations, intellectual property valuations, stock option valuations, fairness opinions and dispute consulting.
Responsibilities include:
- Researching target industry, market and competitor information
- Model Building - DCF models, comparable company models, stock option models, and intangible asset models
- Report writing
- Client Interviewing - gathering data pertinent to the engagement
Requirements:
- The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics or MBA
- 3-5 years of related work experience
Strong analytical and problem solving skills are required, as well as strong verbal and written communication skills
