Responsibilities:
The Human Capital Coordinator (HCC) will be responsible for the administrative duties associated with employee transactions such as benefits, hiring, termination, transfers, pay changes, demographic changes etc. The HCC will provide administrative support to the human capital team to ensure that transactions are processed timely and employees receive the human capital information they need. The HCC will be responsible for escalating issues from employees when they arise and will use a follow-up methodology to ensure all transactions are completed. The HCC will use a combination of HR Information Systems and other methods to process transactions. The HCC will provide regular reports to stakeholders as scheduled or requested. In addition, the HCC will contribute to maintaining data integrity among the various D&P systems.
Responsibilities will include the following:
- Respond to employee inquiries for data and directing employees to proper contacts
- Data entry and transaction processing
- Maintaining event records
- Filing/organizing
- Personnel file maintenance
- Facilitate payroll transactions to/from HRIS
- Assist with the performance management process (PMP), monitor completion status and assist with scheduling annual meetings
- Assist with new hire orientation and track employees for completion status
- Process demographic data changes
- Run and distribute various reports for business partners on a scheduled basis
- Process exiting employees information and Company equipment
- Conduct employment verifications
- Administer related systems such as Resource Management
- Organize, update and place files on the shared HC global drive
- Administer vacation balances
- Other duties and projects as assigned
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years human resource administration experience
- Bachelor’s degree in business or human resources
- HRIS experience a plus
- Must possess strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills
- Must have computer skills
- Must have strong analytical, organizational, and logic skills
- Must anticipate issues before they occur
- Must be proficient in Excel, WordPerfect and PowerPoint
- Strong problem solving skills
- Excellent verbal/written skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Confidentiality a must

- Punctuality
