 We are currently hiring for Consultant role within the team. This individual will join a team executing numerous back-office data responsibilities related to Audit confirmations and loan administration operations. The candidate will be trained to perform all relevant tasks and will report to a Business Operations Managing Consultant. The ideal candidate will be a proactive and meticulous critical thinker. Must possess attributes of sound judgement, tact, and diplomacy. Strong analytical skills with an ability to identify issues. Ability to act independently (decision making) and be a team player as well.

The Consultant’s responsibilities will include:

  • Working of Agented loan processing activities. It includes tasks such as setting up new loans, processing drawdowns (disbursements), managing repayments, and fixing interest rates for the agented portfolio.
  • Knowledge of various payment instructions related to loan processing, such as different payment methods, schedules, and requirements.
  • Monitoring and reporting on financial information related to outstanding or overdue payments to management and team members in a timely manner.
  • Processing any additional or unexpected tasks that may arise in the loan processing process and ensuring they are completed within the expected turnaround time.
  • Addressing and responding to queries related to audits and ensuring timely and accurate responses to clients.
  • Working closely with different teams within the organization to understand data flows, processes, and ensure smooth coordination and communication.
  • Responsible for organizing and managing documents related to loan processing and financial data in accordance with defined processes and guidelines.
  • The successful candidate will be an effective communicator who is highly experienced with excellent knowledge of all aspects of loan agency and establishing effective processes and procedures.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in commerce / finance or relevant experience
  • 4-7 years of experience in Lending operations and Audit confirmations
  • Knowledge in Loan IQ is essential.
  • Proficiency with MS Office, SharePoint, and data management
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage sensitive and confidential information.
